In a recent interview, Anees Bazmee shares interesting details about No Entry 2 and reveals if Salman Khan will be a part of it.

Anees Bazmee made his directorial debut with Hulchul in 1995, however, his first commercial success came in 1998 with the film Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha. He achieved further success in films including No Entry (2005), Welcome (2007), Singh Is Kinng (2008), Ready (2011), Welcome Back (2015), and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022). In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Anees Bazmee shares interesting details about No Entry 2 and reveals if Salman Khan will be a part of it.

Anees Bazmee on No Entry 2

Speaking about the release of No Entry 2, the director Anees Bazmee said, “See if everything goes well, then I think we will start by February or March. Toh isme Diljit Dosanjh hai Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor hai 9 ladkiyaan bhi hai.”

When asked if the actresses of the film have been finalised, Bazmee said, “Shuru hogaya hai. Because I was a little busy with this film of mine (referring to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3). So I requested Boney ji ki yaar ek baar picture 1 taarikh ko nikal jaaye, 2 or 3 ko main zara film ko theatre main dekhunga, 4 taarikh se main kaam main lag jaaunga.”

Anees Bazmee reveals if Salman Khan will be in No Entry 2

Speaking on if No Entry 2 will have Salman Khan in it, to this Anees Bazmee refrained from answering, however, he continued, No Entry is a very very very special film to me. And yeh film humesha mere dil ke bahut nasdik rahi hai yeh film isiliye kiuki woh aisi ek film thi jiski wajah se, aap yeh kahe sakte hai ki yeh entry, ki yeh film ki wajah se meri pure tarah ki entry hui thi. Uske pehele maine film banai thi Pyaar Toh Hona Hi Tha, jisko bahut logo ne pasand kiya tha, bahut pyaar mila tha uss film ke liye. Aur logo ka yeh mana tha ki Aneez jo hai woh sirf aur sirf love story aur romantic films bana sakta hai.”

Continuing, “Lekin fir maine film banai thi Deewangi. Hulchul, Deewangi, aur Pyaar toh hona hi tha. Toh yeh jo Deewangi maine baanai thi woh puri suspense thriller thi, it was about split personality and woh film bhi logo ne bahut pyaar diya tha. Ajay ki bahut taareef hui thi, Akshay ki bahut taareef huye thi, Urmila was very good in the film; so logo ko laga ki nahi yaar yeh suspense thriller better bana sakta hai than romantic stories. Toh yeh chal raha tha jab tisri picture jo hai, yaa toh suspense banaayega Anees yaa fir love story lekin main fir banai comedy.”

Anees Bazmee reveals how No Entry changed his life

The filmmaker adds,“Lekin woh jo film hai No Entry usne puri tarah se meri entry kardi. Pehele aise hota tha ki comedy film hai, actor apna perform kar rahe hai. Aur unki timing hi sab kuch hai; usme taking kya hota hai? aur aisa kya hota hai? Toh bahut hi simply shoot ki aanewali filmon ka naam hota tha comedy filmain. Mujhe yeh baat kabhi bhi accept nahi hui ki and fir maine woh film banaai (referring to No Entry).Us film ko dekhiye usme kuch alag si hi puri ek usme alag kisam ka kuch toh kiya tha maine.”

Bazmee concluded,” And people loved it very much, abh dekhiye climax, 3 log lakte hai toh uss zamaane main humne special effects 2005 main, use kiya ki nahi yeh aisa hona chahiye, nije jo khaai hai, khaai thi bhi but uss level pe nahi thi jaise chhaiye thi. And woh bahut difficult shooting tha pahado main bhaagna, utarna, toh maine iss tarah ki shooting, mere khayal se 7- 8 countries main banaya aur bahut kaamiyab bhi hui thi Toh abhi yeh jo banane jaa rahe hai hum teen log hai.”
